Sometimes I wish my food looked at good as it tasted. While the photo above almost looks like a bunch of slop on some noodles, it is so yummy, and one of my constant ‘go to’ easy meals. As it starts to get colder, scones make a great morning or afternoon snack. If you or someone in your family has a gluten intolerance then this is a recipe that I made for our daughter that was a big hit.
