It is most important to look at the digestion of gluten in your body.  It is strange that your body would use so much energy in reflecting the symptoms instead of using this energy to break down the gluten. This is purely because your body is not able to develop the enzymes to break them down because the organs that do that job are getting worn out.

The gluten component is a protein compound, and it is recently discovered that modern products that contain gluten can be hard to break down (especially hard for some people). The manufacturing process and agricultural procedures have made gluten a tough nut to crack.

As expected, a doctor should always be your first person to contact if you are suffering from any of the symptoms listed above, and simply ask, ‘what is gluten intolerance and could I be affected?’ A common treatment is simply removing the gluten from your diet.  A gluten free diet is actually a very healthy diet that you may even wish to consider whether you find out if you have a gluten intolerance or not.
